About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Officers to join the Kamae team.

The role is primarily focused on field sales and business development, including identifying new sales opportunities, visiting potential and existing clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable working in the field, and motivated by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new bulk sales opportunities with retail shops, corporate clients, and distributors.
  • Visit shops, offices, and potential clients regularly to promote company products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and other requirements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
  • Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, customer information, and daily reports.
  • Represent the company professionally during client visits and business meetings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum HSC qualification; Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience will be preferred.
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with field-based sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel and regularly visit clients.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with different types of customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Salary

Total Compensation: BDT 15,000 – 22,000 per month
The total compensation includes salary, TA, and commission.
Office: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9 hours
Work Type: Field-based Sales
