Job Descriptions:
• Prepare Bill/ Voucher & posting into the software,
• Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statements & also accounts reconciliation.
• Asist on monthly VAT/TAX calculation & return submission.
• Confirm daily cash reconciliation between the system and bank and accordingly update to the team.
• Ensure daily all customer refunds.
• Responsible for all ledger reconciliation before monthly reporting
• Inventory tracking and reported consumption report weekly basis
• Salary disbursement & Salary Certificates preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
High level of MS Excel is must be required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience, and capabilities).

● Understand IT/Technology services such as custom software, mobile apps, eCommerce, etc.
● Able to do Live Session about our products, upcoming campaigns, offers and give our customer proper updates about our service.
● Do market segmentations and approach accordingly.
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
