Exchange Policy for Global Orders

Under the Pristine Global Order Policy, order cancellation is not permitted once the order is confirmed.
However, customers may exchange their order if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong size was delivered

  • The item does not match the description or images displayed on our website

If you wish to exchange for another in-stock item, you may choose any available product from our collection. For a different global item, the full payment for the new order must be completed. The BDT 500 advance from your previous order will be adjusted accordingly.
