About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and take an active role in planning, executing, and optimizing Pristine’s marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, content planning, and campaign management. You will work closely with the internal team and other departments to strengthen Pristine’s online presence, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain Pristine’s social media and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots and other content production for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns across relevant digital channels.
  • Manage and monitor Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities support overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on current digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Graduate from a reputed/private university.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Candidates with experience in e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be preferred.
  • Field sales/field marketing experience alone will not be considered as relevant experience for this position.
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.

Negotiable
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
