Position: Customer Service Representative
Salary: BDT 12,000-15,000 ( including commission)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shift time :
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1:00PM – 10:00 PM
Job Location: Mirpur DOHS
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Build positive relationship with customers through open communication and a proactive approach.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
Educational Requirement: HSC or equivalent
